Banned account on WWF, no live customer support. This game has banned me several times this year; customer service never responds to emails.

I've been playing CSR2 for almost seven years without missing a day, up until last Thursday when the new season started. I had over $600 million dollars in in-game cash that disappeared from my account about two weeks ago.
I've contacted support several times through the game support link and have explained the situation and sent screenshots to verify what happened. I was told in one message that the money was going to be replaced along with a little extra for the trouble I was having. I was sent $1.00 in game cash. I contacted them about the $1.00 and I cannot get any help from them.
If you pull up my account you can see what I had and what I have now along with the conversations I've had with support. Along with playing honestly (without hacks or mods) for almost seven years, I've spent several thousand dollars of real money. I'm pretty sure you can look into my account and verify all of this. I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED that I'm being treated this way and not getting any help from support.
Until this is resolved, I won't be playing CSR2. I surely hope someone can help me with this issue. If you need more information, please contact me.
I'm a 66-year-old male with handicapping issues, and CSR2 was my entertainment when housebound. This is the only online game that I play, and I took my crew contributions very seriously.

- Loss connections and disconnects from servers

I have tried to get answers from Zynga Support to no avail. So I tried to contact Take2 thru chat.
They want to charge 5.00 to chat! Really??? Why should I pay to try to find out why you are causing issues to my WWF2 account? Totally unacceptable.
I'll try to call Monday.
I have been playing WWF2 for at 10 years without issues until this year. I'll probably get banned for this!!!
Preferred solution: Trophies and coins I lost out on for my account being messed for 2 days, lost streaks and all the matches they timed me out of are now losses!!!!

It was fun while it lasted, I guess.
I have been a long time player of empire puzzles.
If you send basic gamers multiple screens full of rules and legal jargon you are going to have more than a few. We dont set and read each page just skim it.
I really enjoyed the game until this evening and spent a lot of money to stay current and competitive with other players but I have to say Im out. Wish it wasnt so but a lot of players myself included dont respond well to this kind of I dont even know what to call it.
Treatment? For lack of a better word.

Have been a casual, sometimes more active participant in Zynga Poker over the years. My ID is 200********.
Have been assigned a VIP Account Manager, who has been supportive in the past. However, most recently has repetitively declined to address or resolve an issue that was brought to her attention when I encountered a failure in the game design which resulted in a substantial loss.
It is a matter of priniciple and support of Zynga, not monetary which is relatively modest, that I am seeking to address. She refuses (and I can provide the reference email thread) so I am left to this path for resolution.
Please advise how best to proceed.

I was banned unfairly due to what agents simply called a "Ban wave", it has been 25 days and 2k support still have not given me a status update on my ban even though I was told my case would be "escalated".
