Registering Complaint_VIP Support @ Zynga Poker
Have been a casual, sometimes more active participant in Zynga Poker over the years. My ID is 200********.
Have been assigned a VIP Account Manager, who has been supportive in the past. However, most recently has repetitively declined to address or resolve an issue that was brought to her attention when I encountered a failure in the game design which resulted in a substantial loss.
It is a matter of priniciple and support of Zynga, not monetary which is relatively modest, that I am seeking to address. She refuses (and I can provide the reference email thread) so I am left to this path for resolution.
Please advise how best to proceed.
